Hopefully we will be stuffing envelopes with letters and raffle tickets and/or stuffing invitations and order forms. I also may pull down the frames for a good cleaning like we did last year. Please keep in mind that if any committees have project for auction Friday Volunteers, please let me know and we will work them into the schedule. This is also a good forum if we need to catch up, so feel free to stop in even if you can't stay to help out. Trish - Any status on the form for Auction Items? I know Kathleen is anxious to start cataloging items, in addition we want to get the Table Set-up Group started as soon as possible framing certificates, etc. Deb - I think you were planning on working on the volunteer forms this weekend anyway, but If possible I would like to get the list of Auction Friday volunteers by Monday or Tuesday so I can send them an email heads up about the first Friday and what we have planned. Kathleen - Do we have a letter yet? I need to get one to my friend at Heeley's and my niece at Harley Davidson. MB - Melissa Cary said that Mike Cary would do 'Sweet Caroline' by Neil Diamond !!?? It's not a done deal, but if we need him I think he will do it?
